High Strength Welded Tube

High frequency welded head pipe or D-pipes are used for parallel flow evaporators(PFE), condensers(PFC) and oil coolers(OC), as well as for special applications.

On the basis of conventional AA3003 alloy, through the adjustment of alloy and heat treatment process, we can also provide high frequency welded(HFW) pipes with higher burst pressure.

By providing higher burst pressure, we can make the final product have either a reliable service life, or can reduce the wall thickness to save costs.

We can also provide finished head pipe assembly with slots according to customer requirements with baffles, end caps and even brackets.

Not only that, we can also provide paint-based fluxes for pre-coating for the block/flanges if needed.
