SUS/Cu SUS/Al Al/Cu Clad Material

Traditionally, Copper foil is used as brazing filler material for heat exchangers like Plate Heat Exchanger(PHE) and Oil Cooler. But in those cases, the copper foil is delivered alone and assembly between the SUS plates before brazing with extra treatment which increasing the costs.

More and more customers are using the SUS304/SUS316L clad material with brazing C12200 foil instead which provide them more effectiveness, lower cost and less leakage.

The maximium width is up to 600mm.
