Cryogenic-resistant Controlled Expansion Alloy

Low Temperature Resistant Fixed Expansion Alloy 4J29 (4J329)

Expansion alloys are divided into low-expansion alloys and fixed-expansion alloys, and the latter are further divided into low-temperature-resistant fixed-expansion alloys and fixed-expansion alloys for silicon component sealing.

In addition to having a specific thermal expansion coefficient, expansion alloys are also required to have good sealing, weldability, corrosion resistance, processability and ease of cutting according to different uses, and expansion is not allowed within the use temperature range. β-α phase transition with obvious changes in characteristics, thereby preventing stress caused by excessive expansion;

Low-temperature-resistant constant expansion alloys have better expansion coefficient management characteristics, so they are more used in the field of space optoelectronics, semiconductor industry and other special harsh deep and low temperature applications to match or seal with semiconductors, hard glass, etc.

Products are generally rods, plates, strips, foils, wires and tubes.

Our company mainly provides foil materials according to the national standard GB/T 38960-2020 "Low Temperature Resistant Fixed Expansion Alloy", and the varieties include 4J329 (4J29). The ultimate foil specification is 0.02-0.03mm thinnest and the ultimate width is 700mm.

The chemical composition is based on the national standard GB/T 37797-2019 "Precision Alloy Grades"
