Relying on the mature experience of other industries and controlling the parameters of flux suspension, our company took the lead in introducing flux spraying spraying system in automotive heat exchanger industry, which greatly improved the industry level and product effect.

Different from the traditional spraying method that relies on compressed air pressure, our flux atomizing spraying device atomizes the flux suspension into small particles of 20-80 micron water mist. It is sprayed slowly along a large area along the fan surface under the guidance of low-pressure airflow on a moving heat exchanger core.

Because the solder water mist is small and uniform and slowly falls on the core body at a uniform speed, the flux coating on the outside of the core body is uniform. The amount of flux is saved by more than 80% compared with the traditional spraying method, and there is no problem of flux accumulation and overspray, so there will be no excessively thick flux residue to affect the appearance after brazing.

During the production of heat exchanger for new energy cooling system, the residual flux inside of the heat exchanger had been always a big issue for manufacturer. Out atomization spray system is just designed for such demand.

With our special paint flux, the minium flux on components after drying will be unform and tightly adhered even during transportation and assembly. This will prevent from flux removal and brazing failure.
