Brazing Metal & Flux
The AA6xxx series of materials, especially AA6063 and AA6061 aluminum alloys, are increasingly used in air conditioning systems (including AC piping) and new energy water-cooled panels as materials are down-guaged and heat exchanger pressure is increased.
However, AA6xxx series materials, especially AA6061, contain a certain amount of Mg element(0.5-1.0%), which makes the conventional non-corrosive potassium fluoroaluminate brazing flux deactivate in the brazing process due to the presence of Mg, resulting in the flow of the molten brazing agent is impeded, the oxidation cannot be adequately removed, which impedes the flow of the brazing material, thus leading to the deterioration of the brazing quality and even directly causing heat exchanger leakage.
As part of the solution, the use of cesium fluoroaluminate brazing agent instead of potassium fluoroaluminate brazing flux can avoid the problems of brazing agent inactivation due to the Mg element.
We import cesium fluoroaluminate brazing flux directly from abroad, which gives us a price advantage over current domestic channels.
