AA4A13/AA4004/AA4047 brazing foils

AA4004/AA4104 brazing foils are an essential part of the vacuum brazing process, which often used for the production of aluminum heat exchangers. The quality of the brazing foil may have a greater impact on the performance of burst pressure and durability of the heat exchanger.

A low Si content(high brazing temperature) brazing foil of 4A13 is introduced for some special applications like electronic beam welding for AA6061, AMB process for ceramic base with aluminium foil for semi-conductor, or PTC heater with CAB process etc. The melting point of 4A13 brazing foil is 577-615 centi degree with low Mg content and nominal 7.5% Si.

On the other hand, although there are numerous manufacturers using the vacuum brazing process in the world, the vast majority of them have small demand of annual use of AA4004/AA4104 brazing foil, which is not large enough to allow direct customization of brazing foil in volume on its own, resulting in difficulty in purchasing the raw material or purchase at extreme high prices.

In order to solve this problem and reduce production costs for our customers, we have joined forces with brazing foil manufacturers to offer custom materials that can be customized according to the customer's demand on width and quantity.

Temper: H16 or H18

Thickness: 0.10 mm

Width: 150, 200, 250, 500, 1000mm, etc.
