Heat Exchanger Positioning Platform

Similar to a heat exchanger bundle puller, in many cases when a bundle heat exchanger or a vessel is installed, especially install that in the high position and under a facility which obstacles the installation, an adjustable positioning platform for the heat exchanger is quite important and saves time for the installation as well as safe for the procedure.

The platform is driven by gear motor through chains and could be locked to the equipment main body so that the heat exchanger/vessel could be moved smoothly into its right position even in the height of 50 meter over the ground.

If necessary, when the heat exchanger/vessel is to be installed under another over-head platform, there is sliding guide could be extended under that platform so that the heat exchanger/vessel could be further slide beneath the over-head platform for installation or take-out.

This provides much more flexibility and efficiency for installation or replacement/overhaul of heat exchangers or vessels, especially when they are under the over-head platform.
