Introduction:

This model is a single-chip microcomputer controlled grinding and polishing machine. The shell is formed with ABS material, which is beautiful in appearance, anti-corrosion and durable. It is stepless speed control and can change the rotational direction. The grinding head has individual pressure and central pressure two methods. This machine can effectively replace the manual grinding and polishing processes, which greatly saves labor and improves the quality of grinding and polishing and the efficiency of sample preparation. Therefore it is the ideal equipment for the metallographic sample preparation.

Product Features:

1. The machine is novel and beautiful in appearance. The dirt collection plate and the outer cover are made of ABS thickening material. The surface of the shell is processed with 4 layers of paint by automobile spraying technology, which is bright and stain resistant, easy to deal with surface stains, durable and easy to maintain.

2. This machine adopts all copper coil motor, which has stable rotation, low noise and long service life.

3. The water halter is made of all copper, with good handle, long life and no rust.

4. This machine has large disc diameter and small runout degree, high sample preparation efficiency and good effect.

5. The machine adopts vector frequency converter to adjust speed in large range to meet the requirements of different speed in sample making process.
