Amorphous BCuNiPSn Brazing Foil

Our BCuNiPSn amorphous brazing foil is designed with a melting temperature range as low as 600-630 centidegree.

The brazing foil is used for the brazing of copper heat exchangers like oil cooler, radiator and connection of the rectangle Cu-Al wires used in wind generator motor. Considering the expensive raw material cost and application features, more and more rectangle cu-clad-aluminium wire has replaced the pure copper wires used in the wind generator motors. But considering the low melting temperature of pure aluminium compare to copper and resistance welding, a fluxless low melting temperature copper brazing foil is necessarity for the connection of the motor connectors.
